These pillows are sold as a set of two. When I first took the pillows out of the plastic, I thought they looked extremely soft - like the feather pillows that I already own which I find are far too soft for any support for my head. Although the pillows look soft, they are not.

The pillows are firm and dense. When I lay my head on the pillow, the memory form supports my head and neck and stays firmly in place. Not until I raise my head off the pillow does it slowly return to its initial shape.

According the Sleep Innovations website -

I personally like to sleep on my stomach and I found this pillow is way too firm for sleeping with my face buried in the pillow. Like the Sleep Innovations Rejuvenation Pillow, this pillow is best for side and back sleepers. I personally like the firmness my pillow to be somewhere right in the middle of soft and firm. This pillow if for sleepers who like their pillows to be extremely firm.

Do not buy these if you want to sleep on a cloud. They are GREAT for what they are supposed to be. They remind me of the seed filled pillows, which are great for posture and my wife claims great for migraines. The difference is these make no noise, and are a bit softer, but similar support. You do need to fluff them often, but I love them!
